Program Description
The Banking & Finance Employability Program is designed for graduates who wish to build a career in banking, financial services, insurance, and accounting sectors. The training focuses on improving banking knowledge, financial concepts, communication skills, customer service, and interview readiness.
Participants will receive practical exposure to banking operations, documentation procedures, financial products, digital banking, and customer relationship management. Upon successful completion, candidates may be shortlisted for placement drives conducted by banking and financial institutions.
